1. Visit the official site: ticket.hisgc.co.tz (Home page shows route search, date & passenger selectors).
2. Search: pick From, To, travel date → click Search Buses (see company, time, fare, seats, type).
3. (Optional) Set pickup/drop-off and click Calculate distance, then proceed.
4. Choose bus & seat(s): click View Seats and select available seats.
5. Enter passenger details (name, gender, age group, phone/ID). Logged-in users can auto-fill.
6. Review booking (route, date, seats, total, discounts/fees) → Continue to Payment.
7. Pay securely: Mobile Money (M-Pesa/Tigo/Airtel/Halopesa), Bank/Card, or Agency as available.
8. Get your e-ticket (PDF/QR) plus SMS/email confirmation. Download or save it.
9. Boarding: arrive ~30 minutes early; show QR or reference to staff for verification.

Yes! You can modify or cancel your booking up to 6 hours before departure through our website or app. Cancellation fees may apply depending on how close to departure time you cancel.
